We're Lynn and Katie. Twin sisters, business partners, and Independent Initiator Strategic Fixers. 

Between us, we've spent over 40 years in corporate leadership. Lynn built federal programs at CDWG, led commercial teams at Salesforce, and served as VP of Global Marketing. Katie led enterprise talent solutions at LinkedIn, ran operations as COO, and held executive roles across tech, professional services & publishing.

We know what it takes to perform at the highest level. We also know what it costs.

For years, we led the way we were taught—through effort, discipline, and sheer willpower. We managed teams, exceeded quotas, and kept showing up even when we had nothing left. We thought burnout was just part of the deal.

It wasn't

When we discovered Human Design, everything shifted. We finally had language for patterns we'd lived unconsciously for decades, why certain decisions drained us, why some teams clicked while others created constant friction, why leadership felt like a role we were performing instead of an identity we embodied.

But Human Design alone wasn't enough. The energetic insights were powerful, but they weren't built for the boardroom. So we built the bridge ourselves.

Lynn Else

Lynn spent 20+ years in enterprise sales and marketing leadership, including roles at Salesforce, CDWG, and CircleIt. She built the Federal Channel Program for the Department of Defense, led commercial financial services teams across the Midwest and Canada, and served as VP of Global Marketing.

She's an Independent Initiator Strategic Fixer who spent years leading against her design before discovering there was another way. Now she helps leaders see what she couldn't for two decades: burnout isn't a badge of honor... it's a signal that something's misaligned.

Lynn brings pattern recognition, strategic clarity, and an ability to diagnose leadership misalignment within minutes.

When she's not working with clients, you'll find her hunting for vintage treasures for Our Third Twin Vintage, the online shop she and Katie run together.

Katie Else

Katie's corporate career spans 20+ years in enterprise leadership, including roles at LinkedIn, CDW, and CircleIt. She led large enterprise talent solutions across the US and Canada, served as Executive Vice President, and ran strategic partnerships, HR, and operations as COO.

As an Independent Initiator Strategic Fixer, Katie understands what it means to succeed by every external measure while quietly running on empty. She brings that lived experience, plus deep expertise in team dynamics, organizational behavior, and leadership development, to every client engagement.

Katie is known for her ability to translate complex energetic concepts into clear, corporate-ready strategy.

Outside of Believe Blueprint, she co-runs Our Third Twin Vintage with Lynn, proof that building something beautiful doesn't have to mean burning out.

A Few Things You Might Not Expect

We're identical twins. Yes, we finish each other's sentences. No, we don't find it weird.

We run a vintage store together, because we believe in building things that are beautiful, intentional, and made to last. (Sound familiar?)

We're both Independent Initiator Strategic Fixers, which means we're designed to initiate, move fast, and trust our instincts. It also means we have zero patience for fluff, which is probably why our work is the way it is.
