WHY WE CREATED LEADERSHIP x DESIGN

We created Leadership x Design because after years as corporate tech executives we knew how to craft strategies, build and develop high performers, and scale results. What we also learned through personal trial (& error) was that simply knowing behavioral assessment types wasn’t enough to keep our team (or ourselves) from career fatigue, disengagement and burnout. Had we known our design styles earlier in our careers, our path to burnout could have been completely avoided.
