Please dedicate approximately 20-30 minutes so you complete the assessment before the group session.

 We also be emailed a link to complete this assessment if you do not have time to complete it right now. That went to the email you entered when you purchased the session. 

 

You will be using these results in the session, along with the workbook so we recommend you print your results prior to the call. Your results will be emailed to the email address you enter at the end of the assessment when you submit your answers. 

 

Note, you must complete it in one setting. If you leave the assessment page mid process it restarts at the beginning again. 

For an easier experience, we recommend you complete this on a full screen, not a mobile device if possible.

How You Process Information

 

For the next 5 questions rank the options in each question in order:

4=Definitely down to 1=Least likely. 

 

NOTE: DO NOT OVER THINK THESE. REALLY DO NOT OVER THINK YOUR ANSWERS. 

You will know your most likely choice and your least likely choice quickly. So we recommend you choose your #4 first (definitely), then choose your #1 (least likely) and then fill in #3 & #2.

In this section - you will rank your choices. This is an example.

(A) What I see looks best to me 

(B) The choice that sounds the best 

(C) I trust my gut instinct or feeling 

(D) I checkout, review or study the issues or options

Rank the options from 4 to 1:

 

           4= Definitely, my top option

           3= my second option

           2= maybe, but not likely an option

           1= my last option

 

Example:

If You definitely make major decisions primarily based on what I see best to me, you would list  A 4.

If I trust my gut instinct or feeling is my second choice when I am making major decisions, then you would list  C 3  next

If When you are making major decision you maybe will check out, review or study the issues or options  but it's not likely, you would list  D 2  next

Finally If when you are making major decisions you decide based on the choice that sounds the best would be your last choice, then you would put    B 1  last
